Dorelan Hotel and AIH

Together for hotel in motion: don’t miss the events
At the 72nd edition of SIA Hospitality Design, Dorelan, exclusive bedding partner of the event, will bring not only the two new features of the year, namely the new Dorelan Hotel logo and the presentation of the new minimal, fluid stand that interprets the needs of all hoteliers, but also a high value-added collaboration. Dorelan Hotel will in fact be present within Hotel in Motion, the exhibition space for the project concept drawn up by wellness W7.0, whose theme this year is “recovery & relax, recovery & regeneration”. This year Dorelan is in fact proposing an integrated project: a hotel bedroom concept themed around sports recovery, linked also to night-time rest. The star of this exhibition space will be the Dorelan ReActive mattress, with the bed system as a fundamental element of a hotel room, essential to the wellbeing of guests.
Thanks to its collaboration with AIH, the Italian Housekeeping Association, Dorelan Hotel will offer three training sessions for hoteliers and industry professionals within Hotel in Motion, on the theme “The bed system, the absolute protagonist of sleep quality: housekeeping for a 5-star bed”, to be held at 3:00 pm on 11 and 12 October and at 11:00 am on 12 October.
Margherita Zambuco, president of AIH, will herself attend the events and explain the techniques for creating a perfect bed system, not only from a theoretical but also from a practical point of view. Several topics will be covered in these three training sessions during the SIA Hospitality Design fair: the various types of bed in a hotel room, the different requests that guests make of 5-star luxury hotels, what a perfect bed means, and how to make up a bed system in practice without neglecting the aesthetic factor.
“During a hotel stay, whether for leisure or business, guests spend most of their hours of relaxation in the hotel room. This means that guests want to find in that bed all the emotions and the rest they cannot find at home; they want to enjoy an all-round wellbeing experience. The bed therefore becomes the king of the bedroom: guests must live a true experience just by entering the hotel room, and must find comfort and the utmost beauty from the very first glance.” said Margherita Zambuco.
The three sessions offered by Dorelan Hotel will therefore unpack the key points of what is needed to create a bed system in a hotel: from the need for natural, comfortable fabrics and the type of accessories, to the different making-up techniques depending on whether the bed is French, Italian, king, twin or Turkish style.
The appointment with Dorelan Hotel and AIH is therefore not to be missed, for a journey into the world of housekeeping.
