Our integrated production model and in-house Research and Development department allow us to maintain direct control over every stage: from raw material selection and technology design to product manufacturing and testing. CATAS CERTIFICATION
Dorelan mattresses are tested by CATAS in accordance with the UNI EN 1957 standard, using a testing protocol that simulates intensive-use conditions and enables their performance to be assessed objectively.

CERTIFICATIONS
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — ISO 45001
ISO 45001 certification confirms that B&T S.p.A. has implemented a structured management system for occupational health and safety. The standard enables the company to identify and manage risks, prevent accidents and potentially hazardous situations, and promote increasingly safe working conditions through the continuous monitoring of business processes.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — ISO 14001
ISO 14001 certification demonstrates B&T S.p.A.’s commitment to the responsible management of the environmental aspects associated with its production activities. Through a structured management system, the company monitors its processes, assesses environmental impacts, ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and defines concrete actions aimed at continuously improving its environmental performance.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — ISO 9001
B&T S.p.A. has been ISO 9001 certified since 1999, in accordance with the latest editions of the standard. The methodology adopted involves the systematic review of business processes and a structured assessment of risk at every stage of the supply chain, with the aim of continuously improving production performance. This ensures the company’s ability to manufacture and deliver mattresses, bed bases and pillows that consistently meet the promised performance standards while remaining safe and reliable over time.
HYGIENE GUARANTEE
Since 2017, B&T S.p.A. has been the first Italian company in the bedding industry to adopt a dedicated protocol for guaranteeing the hygiene of mattresses, pillows and bed bases, certified by Bureau Veritas. The system establishes specific requirements and controls throughout every stage of the production cycle: from the sourcing of raw materials and manufacturing and processing operations through to packaging, shipping and delivery. The Hygiene Guarantee represents an additional hallmark of the quality and reliability of Dorelan products, with periodic audits carried out to verify continued compliance over time.
