B&T S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 (“Stanca Law”), as subsequently amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102, and with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2, Levels A and AA.

3. Date of preparation and assessment method used
This statement was prepared on 13 October 2026.
The assessment was carried out through a technical analysis of the code of the website’s main pages, including a manual review of the HTML semantic structure, meta tags, navigation and interactive components against the WCAG 2.2 success criteria (Levels A and AA). Keyboard navigation tests, screen reader tests and colour contrast checks were also performed.
