The Pillow Topper features highly elastic UP stretch fabric made from polyester microfibres and is enhanced with the Fiberbugs treatment with essential oils to protect the mattress against dust mites and bed bugs. The mattress is also certified to CATAS and IMO 0407 standards and holds Class 1IM fire-resistance approval from the Italian Ministry of the Interior, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and reliability.

To objectively assess the product’s ability to maintain its performance in professional use, Dorelan mattresses undergo CATAS testing in accordance with the UNI EN 1957 standard.
