Frequently asked questions
Can two single mattresses be joined to make a double mattress?
Yes. On several Dorelan Hotel Sleep Systems, the Pillow Topper, combined with the TopFit system and joining zips, makes it possible to transform two single beds into a continuous, stable and comfortable double surface. The system has been designed to allow staff to reconfigure the room in less than a minute.
Does Dorelan produce mattresses specifically for hotels and hospitality properties?
Yes. Dorelan Hotel develops mattresses and Sleep Systems designed specifically for the hospitality sector, created to meet the needs of hotels, resorts, boutique hotels, hotel groups and other hospitality properties. Solutions are defined taking into account the property’s positioning, the type of guest, the intensity of use and operational requirements.
Are Dorelan Hotel mattresses Class 1IM certified?
Yes. Dorelan Hotel offers mattresses and upholstered products for the hospitality sector that are Class 1IM certified, in compliance with the applicable reaction-to-fire requirements. Certification documentation is available for the products concerned.
Can I receive a sample mattress before placing a supply order?
Yes, you can arrange with your sales representative for a sample to be sent for evaluation, so that you can check the product’s features and comfort directly before finalising the supply.
Can Dorelan help me choose the most suitable mattress for my hotel?
Yes. The choice is assessed according to the property’s category and positioning, the type of guests, the intensity of use and operational requirements. The Dorelan Hotel sales representative can support the property in defining the Sleep System best aligned with the project.
What is the best mattress for a hotel?
There is no single ideal mattress for every property. A business hotel, a resort, a boutique hotel or a luxury property may have different requirements in terms of comfort, support, room management and intensity of use. This is why Dorelan Hotel offers different technologies and configurations and supports the property in choosing the most suitable solution.
Do you offer non-standard sizes?
Dorelan Hotel develops customised solutions for the hospitality sector. Sizes, configurations and specific requests can be assessed during the project phase; technical feasibility is verified according to the characteristics of the supply.
