Hospitality 2026

Dorelan Hotel at HospitalityRiva 2026
The 50th edition of HospitalityRiva – The Hospitality Trade Fair (2–5 February 2026) has come to a close, confirming the sector’s shift towards an ever more advanced form of hospitality, focused on people and driven by experience.
Beyond its record figures — more than 750 exhibitors, almost 20,000 trade visitors, 38% new operators and over 150 events including training sessions, talks and workshops on industry trends — HospitalityRiva was a platform for discussion and innovation for the entire HoReCa world.
As a partner and key player in the dialogue between hospitality professionals, Dorelan Hotel presented its vision of the Sleep System for contemporary hotels, introducing and exploring the concept “The future of Sleep”.
The future of Sleep: a strategic vision for hospitality
As hospitality evolves towards new paradigms of wellbeing, design and sustainability, Dorelan sees sleep as a strategic asset for hotels: no longer an ancillary service, but one of the defining elements of the guest experience.
An opportunity for dialogue and inspiration
Over the four days of the fair, we had the opportunity to present our Sleep System to hoteliers, interior designers and industry professionals, sharing ideas and solutions that turn sleep into a measurable competitive advantage for every hospitality property.
This story — combining functionality, comfort and sustainability — was part of a wider discussion on industry trends, in which topics such as accessible hospitality, new outdoor experiences, guest-service technologies and continuous training were at the centre of the professional debate.
Sleep that makes the difference
In a world where the guest experience is increasingly central to travel choices, sleep quality means offering perceived value that goes beyond star ratings, creating memorable stays, comfort and loyalty.
With the concept “The future of Sleep”, Dorelan Hotel confirms its commitment to supporting hospitality properties in developing rooms that are not only more comfortable, but also more efficient, high-performing and able to tell a story of responsible, high-value hospitality.
